How it works

  1. Send it however you wrote it

    Paste the details as a normal message, or send the flyer. Broker shorthand is fine — “3BR, 150sqm, 13.5M gross” reads the same to us as a full sentence.

  2. Check what we read

    CoBroker replies with the details it extracted — price, location, size, bedrooms — so you can confirm or correct them before anything is saved.

  3. Publish to your board

    Add photos, confirm your name and PRC licence number, and give consent. The listing goes live on the board your chapter shares, credited to you.

Built for association boards

CoBroker is used by the Santa Rosa City Realty Board Association (STAREB), a chapter of the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards. Only PRC-licensed brokers publish, every listing carries its broker’s name and licence number, and nothing is published without the broker’s explicit consent.
